RE: No SOAP input for WS!
You are getting an error back from the web service. The error is shown in your debug and looks like this:
<errorCode>TTD130</errorCode>
So, you need to look at the web service documentation and see what a TTD130 is. The debug listing shows correctly formed XML, that it is being sent from HTTPAPI and that you are getting a response. Once you find out what TTD130 is, you can correct the XML and your problem will be solved.
