HTTPAPI remains loaded into memory after your program ends, and may 
still have the debug file open.

Please sign off, then sign back on.   Run your program again to generate 
a new debug file.  Then sign off to ensure that HTTPAPI is no longer 
using it.

Now you should be able to copy it.
