The debug file says that you don't have authority to the key database. 
Please see the README member of QRPGLESRC for details on how to grant 
users access to the key database.

If that doesn't work, try giving the user access to the IFS directories 
where the key is stored.

Also...  this might be a completely different problem than Chamara's 
problem.  We won't know that it's the same until we see his debug file.
