https based Web service

Hi all,

I'm trying to consume soap based web service hosted in https and I'm using Scott's Example18. But I'm getting following error

gsk_sec_soc_open: (GSKit) Handle is not valid. 

Does any one have idea on this. And in new to web services technologies.
