Scott,

After more testing I have found that when I retrieve the file (txt or csv) to the root or the first directory I do not have a problem. As I ftp_get the file it over rides the previous one if named the same. When I have the ftp_get going to a directory on qntc it will do the first retrieve but will error out and not overlay the file if called again. I can work around this but if you have any insight Id appreciate it.
