RE: unkown extension in database file



   The installation instructions assumes you FTP server is configured to
   use library naming, but many FTP servers are set to use by default IFS
   naming ... so double check your name format :
   start FTP and type   PWD
   if the result is   "/xxx is  current directory"  then you are using IFS
   naming convention (NAMEFMT 1)
   if the result is "XXX is your current library" you are using library
   naming convention (NAMEFMT 0)
   if you want to change to LIBRARY naming then you should
   1) change your current directory to a library :         CD
   /QSYS.LIB/QGPL.LIB
   2) change the name format of the server :           QUOTE SITE NAMEFMT
