Mike,

I halfway agree with you.  It looks like someone was trying to guess 
what the SOAP message should look like, and did so by copying part of 
the XML from one place and part of it from another.

The part I don't agree with is the part where you put the IP address 
into the namespace.

It looks to me like the SOAP message is intended to work with the IWS 
tool from IBM.  That tool is the only one that I know of that will 
generate a name like 'param0' and put underscores at the start of XML 
elements (which is a truly weird thing, IMHO)

Given that this is the tool, I would expect the proper namespace to look 
more like this:

   xmlns:xsd="http://getdescr.wsbeans.iseries/xsd";

Having said that...   why are we taking guesses at this??  Why not just 
ask SoapUI (or maybe WSDL2RPG) to generate the correct code?
