HTTPAPI INSTALL is crashing when trying to compile HTTPAPIR4. Could it
be because the OS is V4R4, but the compiler is V4R2?

One error is an RNF0533 on the declaration of "atoll." Another is a few
lines down, an RNF0704 on "/if defined(*V5R2M0)." There are others.
