I'm sorry if you find it confusing -- but it'll be valuable

for *me* when someone sends me a debug log. Omitting that
SetError()
from the debug log would give me less information about what's
happening.
HTTPAPI should not report an error to your program (i.e. it should
return 1 for 'success').
