Ok, I've used the 'QSYS.LIB' format in CL.  I created a command to feed
parameters to, which then builds the cpystmf command using this format.  I
never thought of using this in the FTP.  A friend just introduced me to the
concept of the IFS (root) a few months ago.  I forget that QSYS is contained
within IFS.  I'll make some mods and test this.
