Yes that's it although you don't want to specify the machine
name part (\\Ca-xxxxxx) because you are already logged in to
that machine.  Just specify \xxxInterface\Outbound\xxx such as

 if ftp_chdir(fd: '\xxxInterface\Outbound\xxx') < 0
