actually, it does, a little - if i go with doing that part of it myself,
i'll use the standard '(-x)' notation rather than make up one of my own.

Yeah, i could, but i'm still doing something 'out of the ordinary', in a
generic type of application...
i'll do some cypherin' and get back to you on what i decided on.
