How Can I Tell the Version of LIBHTTP already on a System?

   Hi, is there a way to identify a version of LIBHTTP?

   I believe the HTTPAPIR4  service program that I am about to develope
   with was restored from a SAVF on 5/13/2013. If the target system where
   my Objects will run already has a LIBHTTP I will need to know how to
   tell that version to ensure compatibility.
