   I can't see that, it's local to your network..
   But probably not, usually WSDL is part of the URL...

   Also, your second document is not the WSDL.
   A WSDL looks like so:

   In a browser, try opening http://
   WinTillCustomerService/CustomerManager.asmx?WSDL
   The URL to the WSDL is what you'd want to open with SoapUI to examine
   the service.
