   Thanks for the reply.
   We fixed it by moving the libhttp from our dev env to the production
   environment.
   Thanks for the advice, we will do a re-install with those options

   During the install, the install screen has the following questions:
   Would you like to build eXpat from source code?
   Would you like to compile support for eXpat into HTTPAPI?
   You answered No to the second.
   Re-run the install.
