Getting an error with WSDL2RPG - namespace stack must be empty

I have a wsdl that is coming from a windows box, not that it should
matter, but when I try to process the URL with WSDL2RPG I get the
following error message:

 WSDL2RPG URL('http://mo010039101/WebSvcUBC/Service.asmx') SERVICE(*select
 *select) SRCFILE(RPG397139/QRPGLESRC) SRCMBR(WS001)
 WSDL2RPG/WSDL2R05.WSDL2R05_WSDLParser_terminate (Stmt: 101800) : Target
   namespace stack must be empty.

I tried importing it into soapui and it imported without any errors.

Suggestions? I'm totally lost on this one.
