   Just a quick update on my Server Name Indication adventure. . .

   Today I found out that either GSK_SSL_EXTN_SERVERNAME_REQUEST (230) or
   GSK_SSL_EXTN_SERVERNAME_CRITICAL_REQUEST (231) works for the buffer ID
   parameter to gsk_attribute_set_buffer when I connect to the Web
   service.

   I removed the call to gsk_attribute_set_buffer from https_init and
   tried calling it from several places in COMMSSL_Upgrade instead, but
   couldn't make it work.  (It would help if I knew what I am doing.)
