If you go to the web page, it will tell you in the 'Download' section 
what the current version is.
http://www.scottklement.com/httpapi/

So the usual procedure is to check the version in your HTTPAPI_H, then 
compare that to the one on the web page.  If the one on the web page is 
a higher number, then you are out of date and should give thought to 
updating.
