Magento and HttpAPI

Has anyone connected to Magento using Oauth (or any server using Oauth)? 
If so do you have some sample code? I tried to decipher the PHP example, 
but am a bit confused. It has to do with re-direct so I'm not really 
sure what I would see in each request or if I need to set up a CGI 
server to provide a piece of the authorization
