Hi Rob,

You would need to save/restore the *SRVPGM named 'EXPAT' in LIBHTTP.

(Do this before calling 'INSTALL', it has to be there for HTTPAPI to 
bind to.)

Then answer "N" for build Expat from source code, and "Y" for compile 
support for Expat into HTTPAPI.
