FW: calling a SOAP Web service w/HTTPAPI

I'm sorry, I provided a "generic" but similar url, hoping that would be
enough.  The actual service URL is given to me as
http://apitest.netroomz.com.au/allotmentservice.asmx?op=GetAllotmentList.
The parameter names I supplied below are correct.  I have downloaded SoapUI
and can see I am going to have a learning curve with it since I'm a newbe to
this.  If someone could help me with my original request (using the actual
service url above), I would certainly appreciate it.

Please use SoapUI (free software) to determine the proper syntax of the 
SOAP message.

Since I'm not familiar with this web service myself (And the link you 
provided does not work) I'm unable to look any deeper into this myself.
