I didn't have so much as to convince IT management as we are already
using much open source software in our company and also have released a
software project as open source.

But let me say this: HTTPAPI works very well. It's easy to use and well
documented. It has an excellent community support (better than most
commercial support) and it works in scenarios where a commercial product
didn't work which was a very good reason for us to use it.

Thanks James...sounds like you have been successful getting the company
to buy into HTTPAPI.  Has anyone else had any experience trying to
convince IT management to take advantage of HTTPAPI?  I welcome your
