This message is normal.  When you build HTTPAPI with XML support, the 
XMLSTUBR4 module is not compiled.   This message occurs when it tries to 
delete the compile listing for XMLSTUBR4 (but it's not there).

The INSTALL program should have a MONMSG around that error to catch it 
and continue.
