WSDL2RPG - Version 1.3 available

Hi folks,

I released WSDL2RPG V1.3. You can download WSDL2RPG from my Freeware page at http://www.tools400.de.

I fixed an endless loop in visitTypes(). VisitTypes() is an internal routine used to iterate over the 
types and elements of a WSDL file. It implements the "Visitor Pattern" and is used to perform several 
tasks in WSDL2RPG.

Also I added a new parameter to the command: "Default: String length". It specifies the default length 
for RPG strings. Before that parameter the default string length was hard coded to 128 byte.

Last but not least I had to fix a bug in BASICS1 in BasicMap_KeySet. Hence BASICS1 V1.8.1 is required 
to run WSDL2RPG, now.
