Re: Installing new version HTTPAPI

Hi Linda,

I'm not directly involved with the CGIDEV2 project. CGIDEV2 is an IBM
product supported through their Client Technology Center. They have a
Web site at the following link:
http://www-03.ibm.com/servers/eserver/services/assets/ebus_rpgcgitoolkit.html

There's also an E-mail list for CGIDEV2 and other Easy400 related
products here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Easy400Group

Again, I'm not directly involved with the releasing of CGIDEV2, but I
hope these resources will help you learn the answer to your questions.

Regarding EXPAT... The current version is 2.0.0, which is the one on my
Web site. Since HTTPAPI uses EXPAT, the changes will probably be
discussed here. If nothing else, you can check my web site from time to
time to see if they've changed.

Maybe I should write a program that checks the versions of your
installed software against the ones on my Web site. I could include the
program with future releases of HTTPAPI, and you could run it ona job
scheduler. That'd be easy enough to do :)
