Is there an easy way to tell which release of HTTPAPI I'mcurrently on?

Is there an easy way to tell which release of HTTPAPI I'm currently on?

I believe I installed 1.14 yesterday. I used the SAVF method.

I'm looking for the new SOAP example(18, 19) code and can't seem to find it.
