I've fixed the timeout issues that Dave and Eduard mentioned, and the new
version is now available:

I'm really hoping that in a week or so I can make this a public release,
so please test it out and make sure all of your apps work with it.  If
there are any bugs, please report them soon.

I'm doing a presentation on HTTPAPI at RPG World later this month, and I
need 1.10 to be a public release before then.

Thank you everyone who has already tested the pre-releases. I'm very happy
that we've gotten so many people trying it out and reporting the bugs!
