There's a named constant in the HTTPAPI_H copybook called HTTPAPI_VERSION that contains the version number.

If yours was created in 2013, though, its very old (definitely not 1.42 like you said in a previous post -- though perhaps that's a different copy) and should be updated to get the latest security, bug and performance fixes.
