[Ftpapi] GSKit errors

ssl_error(410): (GSKit) Peer not recognized or badly formatted message received.

I see in the archives that this error is a mismatch in the ciphers between the two servers. 

Is there any way to find out more details like which SSL/TLS version is being used?

My test works in Postman, but not in my RPGLE code.
