Hi Jim, expat is the tool for reading and parsing XML document, and yeah it is part of Scott's utility library.

And I forgot to mention - used it and it worked great for massively large
xml files (an export of a whole database..)
I think it was Scott's port to power I from his site. Prob 8-10 years ago.

discussion with a customer, and it left me wondering just what it is, what
it does, and what it has to do with HTTPAPI.

Could somebody relieve my ignorance on this matter?
