Hello Dean,
This is the QShell command interface to HTTPAPI. It lets you do something like this from your QShell command line or shell script:
httpapi get --download=test.html http://www.scottklement.com
If you aren't using HTTPAPI from QShell, then it won't matter that you replace this. It is only a symbolic link, so if you delete it, you aren't really losing anything, anyway.
