The recvresp procedure is pretty straight forward. It just reads lines of text from tcp until it either times out, or gets an empty line. To me this still points to server side issues. I don't remember what all you have tried. Can you replicate the delay in postman? Is there any logging or debugging on the server side?

As I said previously, bear in mind the returned time from the webservice on our other system is 1 minute ahead.

But the process on the 1st run takes from 10.01.01 to 10.01.09, whereas on the 2nd run takes from 10.01.40 to 10.01.41
