     Subject: Base64_encode function
     Hi,
One of our business partner wants us to encode certain information
     prior
to sending initiating a web service call.
ENCODERR4 module does contain a procedure base64_encode with
     "export"
but it is not available via service program.
I didn't see the compiled service module either in the LIBHTTP
     library.
I am assuming that installation process deleted the module after
     binding
     it with service program.
Is there a way I can use base64_encode procedure without making any
     changes to httpapir4?
There are couple of options I can think off.
     1. Compile ENCODERR4 service module again individually 2. Write a
     new
service program to export base64_encode procedure and bind it with
     ENCODERR4 module.
I am looking for some guidance to see if it is ok or if there is
     another
     option available.
     Thanks in advance for help.
