HTTPAPI REST PUT function

   Hi.
   I need to perform a HTTP PUT operation to communicate with a
   webservice.
   Any way to do this with HTTPAPI?
   The only reference to PUT i have found is in the routine
   http_persist_req(): Perform (any) Persistent HTTP Request.
