You don't really tell much about the context.

So I will make a wild guess and assume that by "cifrated token", you mean a token that is rated as conforming to the security standards set up by the Cloud Industri Forum (CIF)?

As I read this, member organisations must comply with certain standards. But I have no knowledge about what this means in particular.

Of course CIF could refer to any number of other things as well (google is you friend). :-)

in past I have  already had occasion to implement Web Service both  

type SOAP that of type REST, without however to consider the  

security factor ; now I should implement and /or call  Web  

Service, using (so they tell me) cifrated Token and/or

to understand how cifrated Token and/or certificate  works  and how they are used in the  

Web Service?
