This mailing list is for the FTPAPI, HTTPAPI and WSDL2RPG open source 
projects.  Your question is not related to those, so doesn't belong here.

You say you don't know if this the right place, which concerns me. Is it 
difficult to understand what is/isn't part of these open source projects?
