SV: Http put and delete

This was the answer from the author Scott Klement to a simalar question on April 30, 2015:

"You can do it with http_persist_req(), but I have been planning to add some friendlier ways (more in-line with the way http_post() works).

Do you want to help me test it if I write it?"
