httpapi error: SetError() #43: CommSSL_Read: time-out!

   Hi Scott,
   From time to time, the http log records this error: SetError() #43:
   CommSSL_Read: �time-out!
   I google and found 2 pages of links related to the subject but I'm
   still confused.�   From the face value of the error message, it seems there could be issue
   with the SSL connection.
   Here is an extract (sanitized) from the http log:
