When the program is looping, you should be able to strsrvjob and then strdbg to step through the looping code. This would narrow down the focus as to where the timeout is not being trapped. Or maybe there is no timeout but an extremely slow connection with retries occurring?

We do not have loggin enabled. We will do this and wait for the problem.
We also wanted to hear if this is a known issue. Interestingly, the put command does not run in a timeout. It's not right that it will continue forever.

Never heard of this problem, and I use FTPAPI quite extensively. What's
