HTTPAPI 1.29 RELEASED!

Everyone,

I've released an updated copy of HTTPAPI, new version 1.29.

This update contains the following fixes:
 -- Allow HTTPAPI to parse headers when 204/304 HTTP responses received.
 -- Set name format properly in upload.bat file
 -- Stricter port checking when parsing URLs.  (Thanks, Thomas Raddatz)
