How to create a security certificates on HTTPAPI

   Hello everyone,�   As an bank employee I need to know how to create a particular
   certificate from one client, western union in my case.

   They send me a cert�file but i don't know the correct procedure to do
   that with SSL using HTTPAPI�
   Could you guide me?
