For what it's worth, if you know you only want to use IFS to ftp files
to, change the initial name format parm below

I wonder if this is something in all of those changes in version 3.0.

People are supposed to be helping me test this (that's why it's in beta)
but I haven't heard a THING from anyone since I put this out to be
tested, like 3 years ago.

There were MASSIVE, MASSIVE changes in version 3.0, and they were not
made by me.

FTPAPI used to not support any other name formats besides NAMEFMT 1, so
there was no way this error could've happened.  But, apparently, when
Dennis rewrote it for 3.0, he must've changed that.  Ugh.
