Getting started on FTPAPI

   I'm through README to Testing it out: step 5

   File fips.exe is not in the IFS root directory, but, as this message in
   my interactive job indicates:

   0: 150 Sending file to member EXE in file FIPS in library QGPL.


   I find member EXE in file QGPL/FIPS ?


   There must be something for me to correct ?
