Wsdl2rpg and special char "&"

Good morning, 
We have wsdl2rpg version v1.15beta8 installed, 
We are sending "&#032;" as part of a field value, it is getting converted to "&amp;#032", is there a flag or something I can set so that it is not escaped again.

It looks like in the latest version there is procedure to set the flag on off, not sure though
