RE: Secured Web Service From AS400



That looks like the list of steps that are in the readme with some minor cleanup. Should work as there is little feedback about problems with the DCM on this list. Most people do not have any problems.

No alternatives that I know of. Maybe someone on this list knows of some more complicated procedure to use. ;-)

Of course, the last step is to change your existing http:// web services to https:// but that is really the easy part.

There is a requirement in my project to convert all o/b web services from AS400 to secured web service. After doing lot of research , I had documented the steps required to do so in the attached sheet. Request to review and let me know your feedback. Also please let me know if there is any alternative approach to achieve this.
