Mike,
I am borrowing from an existing program that returned geography information based on full address (city, state, county & address) . My program doesn't have full address. I have the city and state. I want my result to include the county name. We have a service program that uses procedures in source HTTPAPI_H. The http_url_encoder_addvar used a value of 'address'. My problem is I never get a result even when I can get a result using a browser for the same location.
I'm not sure how to answer your question on the wsdl.

Pat, several more pieces of information. What api are you using? Are you using GET or POST? What does the the wsdl look like? What problem are you having with http_url_encoder_addvar?
