   You may either wait for tomorrow to receive an updated WSDL2R98 module
   or change g_doEncodeXmlEntities in module WSDL2R98 to "cFalse" to
   disable the XML entity encoder at all. When you follow the latter, you
   can use http_EscapeXml() to encode the strings that need to be encoded.
