Definition not for for symbol errors.

   Good Day!


   I'm trying to create an example program that utilizes the UPS web
   service. The compilation fails with the following errors. I imagine I
   am just missing a set of tools (hopefully).  Can anyone shed some light
   on what I am missing?  I have the newest version of httpapi and I have
   loaded xmlextract.
