Re: Referencing a WSDL on the IFS
You don't....
Nor does it make any sense to...
What you want is a tool that reads a WSDL and generates the code you
need to talk to the web service that the WSDL defines.
HTTPAPI is not that tool; it simply handles communication via the HTTP
protocol. Think of it as simply an RPG wrapper around the TCP/IP
functionality in the OS.
However, Thomas Raddatz has built a WSDL2RPG tool that will read a WSDL
file and generate the RPG code to interface with the defined webservice
using HTTPAPI.

IBM also provides an WSDL2RPG tool as part of their Integrated Web
Services for i (iws) tooling...Scott's HTTPAPI is not used by IBM's
tooling.

All,
In using the "http_url_post_xml" procedure, how does one
reference a
WSDL on the IFS in lieu of referencing an "http" or "https" URL?

Craig
