If Google had any meaningful links to a website that actually explained wss-wssecurity in non jargon filled English I could begin to answer that question.

It has no mechanism for it for a variety of reasons. One being that the WSS is very flexible in how it works. So, HTTPAPI can do it - if you can program it. Do you know what form of WSS you need?
